We meet monthly, on the first Sunday, at the Drukpa Centre, NW3 ( Chalk Farm Tube ) or at the London Shambhala Centre ( Clapham Common Tube ). We Practice Sheenay. All are welcome. The Sheenay session is usually followed by Tsok, Padmasambhava or Yeshe Tsogyal; depending on which lunar calendar day is closer to the meeting.
